Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all countries within the European Union (EU). At this time, we do not ship outside of the EU.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard EU Shipping (4-7 business days): €6.99

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.00.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier.
4. Important Notice Regarding Perfume Shipping (Dangerous Goods)
Eau de Parfum contains alcohol and is therefore classified as a hazardous material (flammable liquid) for shipping purposes. As a result:

We are required to use specific shipping methods (primarily ground transportation).

Express air freight is generally not available for these items.

Delivery to certain remote areas or islands within the EU may be restricted or require additional transit time.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time indicated on your tracking link, please contact us at info@brosk-fragrance.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Returns and Exchanges (Unopened Items Only & Return Shipping Costs)
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns for items that are completely unopened and in their original condition. The original cellophane wrapping must be fully intact. If the seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@brosk-fragrance.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, as well as any redelivery costs.
